Trying to educate myself on this subject has proved difficult and although this book covers every possible aspect it is also highly depressing - I am surprised any of us get through this stage of our lives.
Way too much focus on the dark side and only for the intrepid!

Apart from being incredibly repetitive, the book is highly informative - although a little depressing in places. Even handed in style, I feel confident that what I now think I know is correct and can move forward!
